These Instruction Documents provides how you want to be treated during times of physical/mental incapacity.

Below is a brief overview of the legal instruments available at this web site. Each instrument is reviewed by an attorney before delivery to you. Following the overview of each document is a questionnaire to be completed with respect to that particular document.

All documents listed above are included in one Will and Instruction Documents Package. The cost of the Will and Instruction Documents Package is determined by the type of Will, simple or complex. A simple Will does not contain Guardian or Transfers to Minor provisions and a complex will does contain either or both such provisions.
