Jim Jenne
Jim Jenne began home building in 1982, to satisfy the unique needs and desire of homeowners while remaining within their individual budgets. He has a B. S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. He is a Graduate Master Builder. To achieve this ranking, he had to have a minimum of four years building experience, attend a variety of different classes regarding the home building industry, and demonstrate a high standard of ethical conduct in business relationships. He has also been actively involved in various local civic and governmental agencies.

Tom Phillips
Tom Phillips began his home building career in 1999. Prior to this he was founder and President of a successful technology business in the Semiconductor Industry since 1985. He has a B. S. Degree in Finance and Management. He is a Licensed Real Estate Professional (Broker Licenses # 0463194).
