Casey Bernard is a skilled researcher and professional communicator with experience in both quantitative and qualitative marketing research methodologies as well as secondary and competitive intelligence research.
Her experience ranges from online surveys to online focus groups, telephone surveys to in-person research. Not one to miss out on a new opportunity, Casey also conducts social media monitoring and analysis.
Before going on her own in 2008, Casey worked as a Research & Analytics Analyst for imc2, an interactive marketing agency, where she led the secondary research function and developed a competitive intelligence offering combining traditional research with the latest online metrics data. Before focusing in the interactive arena, Casey worked at marketing research and advertising agencies where she completed studies in satisfaction measurement, product design/development, market positioning, price sensitivity, advertising testing, and attitude/awareness/usage tracking.
Casey holds a master’s degree in marketing research from The University of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor’s of journalism in public relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
